Imperial Cart Covers are custom made to your specifications and offer a wide range of uses and styles to meet your every need. From laundry and linen carts to utility and equipment carts, Imperial’s got you covered!
Cart Covers come in several handy styles: Flaps with heavy-duty molded nylon zippers, flaps with 1-1/2” wide hook and loop tape, or toaster cover style with no flaps at all. Additional features such as clear inventory card pockets and rear flaps for dual access entry are also available. Whichever style you choose, with Imperial’s double-needle, lockstitched construction and reinforced corners you’re assured of a top quality, long lasting product.

or 200 Denier Nylon. is a nylon reinforced vinyl that is flame resistant, antibacterial, stain and mildew resistant, self-deodorizing and is available in White, Light Blue, Fawn, Mauve, Mint Green, Dune, Frosted and Seafoam.
200 Denier Nylon is lightweight, attractive, and durable. It is not flame resistant and available only in White.
Polyester Zippers
The Imperial Cart Cover “Zipper” style is constructed with a size 5 molded nylon zipper. These zippers are extra heavy-duty and offer reliable service. Zippers are sewn from top-to-bottom on each side of the front flap.
Hook and Loop
Imperial’s “Hook and Loop” style cover is comprised of 3” x 1-1/2” hook and loop tape strips lockstitched to each flap. Three tabs are sewn on each side of the flap for quick, easy, and efficient operation.
How to Order
Ordering your custom made Cart Cover couldn’t be simpler…just provide us with the “Width x Length x Height” (to top of caster). Use actual cart dimensions, taking measurements from the outside edges of the cart. Then specify your choice of fabric, color, and type of closure (zipper or hook and loop).

is a flame resistant vinyl fabric with filament reinforcement. It is stain resistant, antistatic and odor resistant. has a built in antimicrobial agent to protect the fabric.
